Terms of service

1. Service. For $79, one time, AI agents reprice every item on your menu with your mandatory fees built in, rounded the way you choose, and deliver a print-ready menu, a spreadsheet for Toast, Square or Clover, and a checklist of where prices show.
2. Delivery and refunds. We deliver within 5 business days of receiving your menu and fee details. If we miss that, or you are not happy, reply within 14 days for a full refund.
3. Your approval. Check the repriced menu and approve it before you use it. You decide the final prices you publish.
4. Not legal advice. The checker and the repriced menu are general information about Illinois Public Act 104-0472. They are not legal advice, and no attorney reviews them. Ask your attorney about your situation.
5. Free tools. The checker runs in your browser. The December reminder is free and you can unsubscribe at any time.
6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid.
